Ronnie Dunn
International Vice President - Attended the University of Lousville (BS in Business Administration) in 1984 and Kentucky State University (MS in Public Affair) in 1988. Along the way, she and her husband Wayne raised two wonderful children, a daughter Gretchen an a son, Jason.
Her full time employment currently is as the manager of Employee Services Branch of the Cabinet for Families and Children, State of Kentucky. Her branch administers employee benefits for 6,000 cabinet employee.
You might ask when does Ronnie find the time to pursue her active love of Optimism within her club, district and now Optimist International. The answer is simple: she is dedicated to the continuing excellence of our Optimist family. At the Club level, she joined the Frankfort Optimist Club, KT (1988), became a charter member of the Capital City Optimist Club, KY (1996), and held the club offices of Secretary, Honor President and Membership Chair. At the District Level, Ronnie was a Distinguished Governor (91-92), Distinguished Governor (93-94), Distinguished OI Foundation District Representative (94-95) and Membership Chair (96-97). At the international level, she was New Club Building Representative (94- to date), Consultant to Programs Development Committee (94-95), New Club Building committee Member (95-97) and finally, International Vice president 1998-1999. This is one dedicated young lady.
